HID Global is seeking a Program Manager for Product Operations Delivery in Suresnes, France. This role coordinates cross-functional execution across the hardware portfolio and ensures timely delivery of NPIs, changes, and manufacturing readiness.

You will drive risk mitigation, maintain KPI dashboards, and partner with Product Management and Engineering to translate portfolio priorities into executable plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of program management or product operations experience.
• Experience coordinating programs in hardware/manufacturing environments.
• Strong planning, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, collaboration tools, and dashboards.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate cross-functional execution across the authentication hardware portfolio, aligning owners, milestones, dependencies, and critical decisions.
• Maintain integrated plans for new product introductions (NPI), product changes, manufacturing readiness, ramp-up, and launches.
• Track delivery risks and customer-impacting issues, drive mitigation plans, and escalate when decisions are needed.
• Monitor customer commitments, backlog, delivery performance, and readiness to identify exceptions before they affect outcomes.
• Facilitate operating reviews and action tracking with clear ownership and due dates.
