Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals Inc. in Paris is seeking a Global Value & Access Director, Neuroscience to shape global access and pricing strategies for our neuroscience portfolio.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, partner with HEOR and pricing, and drive payer evidence to optimize patient access worldwide. This senior role requires extensive HTA experience, international project leadership, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• BA/BS is required: ideally in a scientific background with a business focus.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Design and lead the execution of access, reimbursement, and pricing plans.
• Monitor market landscape for emerging trends, opportunities and threats in the neuroscience therapeutic area and translate this to implications for the products of focus.
• Identify payer types & local needs to optimize market access outcomes over time.
• Partner with global pricing team to monitor and develop innovative pricing strategies for local challenges and requirements.
• Lead development, implementation and roll-out of tools such as payer value dossiers and cost calculators.
• Act as lead Value & Access representative on cross-functional teams to support market access and pricing strategies.
• Work with HEOR to identify gaps in evidence and provide recommendations for data generation.
• Provide holistic support to affiliate market access teams for global strategies and tools.
• Apply project management to share best practices across global/local organizations and deliver initiatives timely.
• Assess and provide input into business cases including target populations, volumes, pricing erosion, and competitor impact.
