Remote is seeking a Mobility Specialist to join the Onboarding and Mobility team in France. You will provide legal and strategic guidance on immigration compliance, monitor products for compliance, and manage client relationships across borders.

In this remote role, you will work asynchronously with a global team, support visa and work permit processes, and contribute to scalable immigration services. Fluency in English and native French are required, with experience in tech or fast-growing

Qualifications

Proven experience in immigration compliance or global mobility.
Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse clients.
Experience in technology sector or fast-growing companies is desirable.

Responsabilités

Provide legal and strategic guidance to clients on immigration compliance service delivery.
Monitor and control Remote products and services for immigration compliance.
Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Seek, control, and establish in-house immigration services to increase revenue generation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Analyze, prepare, and submit visa/work permit applications.
Independently maintain and monitor immigration law, ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory changes.
Guide for travel needs and sponsorship cases, and act as a point of contact for international assignments.
Proactively improve processes through automation and documentation.
