Job summary

L’Oréal Groupe offers a six-month international mobility internship starting January 2027, based in France. You will manage global mobility processes, coordinate relocations, and analyze data to support expatriates and internal stakeholders.

Ideal candidates are autonomous, able to work with multiple managers, with strong English skills, and an interest in HR and international mobility. This internship includes remote work, training access, and network events.

Responsibilities

• Drafted and prepared international mobility documentation (employment contracts, assignment letters, immigration documents, and employer certificates).
• Initiated and coordinated the relocation process for expatriates in collaboration with external service providers and internal stakeholders.
• Managed the administrative transfer of expatriates within payroll systems and HRIS tools.
• Participated in weekly meetings with regional stakeholders to align Global Mobility strategies and provide ad-hoc operational support.
• Organized and facilitated the ‘Welcome Administrative Meeting’ (monthly onboarding session for new arrivals).
• Created and organized ‘French You UP,’ an annual networking event for the inpatriate community.
• Conducted data analysis and tracked KPIs such as assignments exceeding 5 years, gender balance, and total expatriate headcount.
• Assisted in the coordination and communication of annual campaigns (Schooling, Housing, and Hardship allowances).
