Job summary

L’Oréal Groupe is offering a 6-month internship starting January or March 2027 for Master’s students in Scientific Project Management & Innovation. You’ll join a dynamic team, analyze existing practices, define improvements, and support change initiatives.

We seek a candidate with a scientific background, fluent in English and French, excellent Excel skills, and interest in data visualization with Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a first- or second-year Master’s degree in engineering, science or business with a scientific background.
• Fluent in English and French with strong Excel skills.
• Interested in data visualization tools, Power BI and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing practices and gather the needs of teams and stakeholders.
• Define and improve processes, procedures and document structures.
• Conduct studies, audits or benchmarks and synthesize findings into recommendations and action plans.
• Help engage communities and support change initiatives.
• Contribute to scientific, technical or regulatory monitoring, depending on the team’s projects.
