Job summary

Ipsen is seeking a Global Medical Director for Migraine to lead medical affairs strategy, evidence generation, and cross-functional execution. You will drive late-stage projects, coordinate local and global trials, and provide medical guidance across the organization.

You will engage with KOLs, manage publications and advisory boards, and support lifecycle management in Neuroscience. The role requires MD/PhD/PharmD and extensive global medical affairs experience, with strong English

Qualifications

• MD or PhD or PharmD required; extensive medical affairs experience essential.
• Proven track record in global medical affairs and cross-functional leadership.
• Strong understanding of clinical development, regulatory requirements and compliance.
• Experience in neurosciences or related therapeutic areas is a plus.
• Fluent in English; ability to communicate complex scientific information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of strategic medical projects and trials to generate scientific insights.
• Coordinate with Medical Affairs, Brand and Market Access to align on strategy and execution.
• Represent Ipsen at scientific conferences and engage with healthcare professionals and regulators.
• Establish and nurture relationships with KOLs and academic institutions to support the Medical Plan.
• Provide expert medical input into lifecycle management and evidence generation initiatives.
