Mars France, within the Royal Canin ecosystem, seeks a Global Sustainability Demand Lead to drive the sustainability agenda for the demand organization. You will shape strategy, partner across R&D, communications, and markets, and ensure sustainability is embedded in portfolio development and activation.

You will champion external certifications, track KPIs, and lead cross-functional teams to translate sustainability into commercial value across global markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business-related fields is required.
• 8+ years of business experience with 5+ years in a Demand role.
• Strong sustainability literacy and passion for sustainable practices.
• Ability to operate across strategic and operational horizons.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Resilient, mission-driven with independence.

Responsabilités

• Lead sustainability agenda for the demand organization and set the central strategy.
• Own the Demand Sustainability Roadmap aligned with Mars Royal Canin objectives.
• Define sustainability value propositions across the global portfolio.
• Own communications framework and global sustainability claims CoE.
• Embed sustainability into governance, processes, and training.
