Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Global Software Engineering and Delivery Expert in Courbevoie, FR, for a permanent full-time role. The candidate will lead quality and performance of logistics applications, including Track & Trace and EDI integrations, coordinating across technical, functional, and business teams to drive operational excellence.

The role requires 8+ years in logistics IT operations, deep CargoWise knowledge, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Logistics, or IT.
ITIL knowledge.
8+ years in application management, quality, or IT operations.
Strong logistics or supply chain experience.
Experience with EDI integrations and client-facing systems.
Experience with offshore teams (CESA).

Responsibilities

Manage backlog of incidents, requests, and enhancements across logistics applications.
Drive quality improvements and root-cause elimination.
Ensure reliability of Track & Trace and EDI flows for customers.
Oversee CargoWise ecosystem and ensure end-to-end data flow consistency.
Coordinate with CBS and Business Analysts as single point of contact.
Define Genesis operating model and drive team performance excellence.
