Job summary

Harmattan AI seeks a Director Global Logistics to build and lead the logistics function across France, Morocco, the United States as we expand. You will own the end-to-end movement of finished goods, from release to delivery, including international transport, customs, and compliance with export-control requirements.

In this global role you will design scalable processes, manage a network of freight forwarders and brokers, and partner with Legal, Production and Customer teams to improve delivery

Qualifications

• Experiences leading international logistics in a fast-growing, highly regulated industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of customs, import/export processes, Incoterms and shipment documentation.
• Experience with dangerous goods, licence-dependent export processes, and freight forwarders.
• Ability to design scalable logistics processes across multiple countries.
• Comfortable working with Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Legal and customer teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a global logistics system that is compliant, scalable and effective.
• Own customer delivery from release to proof of delivery, including transport planning and customs clearance.
• Define and manage global network of freight forwarders, carriers and brokers.
• Integrate export-control and dangerous goods requirements early in the delivery process.
• Build common logistics standards, KPIs and deploy systems across production locations.
