Job summary

Harmattan AI seeks a Director Global Logistics to lead a growing, international logistics function. You will own end-to-end customer delivery, export-control compliance, and the global network of carriers and brokers across multi-country production sites.

This role drives standardization, KPIs and cost performance while collaborating with Legal, Production and Supply Chain teams to scale the business globally.

Qualifications

• Experience leading international logistics in regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of customs, import/export processes, Incoterms and shipment documentation.
• Experience with dangerous goods and licence-dependent export processes.
• Ability to build scalable logistics processes across multiple countries or production locations.
• Able to collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Quality and Legal teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a global logistics system that is compliant, scalable and operationally effective.
• Own customer delivery from release to proof of delivery, including transport planning and customs clearance.
• Define and manage the global network of freight forwarders, carriers and customs brokers.
• Integrate export-control and dangerous-goods requirements early in the delivery process.
• Build logistics standards, processes and KPIs across all production locations; deploy in new factories and countries.
• Lead the team and external partners to improve delivery reliability, lead time and logistics cost.
