Enky is seeking a logistics leader to own the Group’s day-to-day logistics and transport operations across France and Europe, in collaboration with the Head of Logistics. The role focuses on structuring, reliabilizing, and running high-volume movements for Furniture-as-a-Service and Galerie Paradis, balancing efficiency with care for high-value items.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
• Fluent French and professional English.
• Autonomous with both daily operations and project work.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day relationship with logistics provider for Enky and Galerie Paradis with SLA accountability.
• Plan supplier receiving schedules and control stock entry compliance.
• Own the supplier relationship: disputes, damages, shortages, service rate, follow-ups.
• Ensure reliability of logistics data for every SKU between WMS and Odoo.
• Run cycle counts and annual inventory, investigate discrepancies to root causes.
• Spot-check outbound packing and address non-conformities with the provider.
• Organize transport of Galerie Paradis’s fragile, high-value pieces with direct carrier flows.
• Manage national and international carriers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Ops and E-commerce on stock, deliveries and returns; set up reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement across warehouse logistics operations.
