VSI Berlin GmbH in Paris is seeking a Project Manager for Global Client Operations to oversee multilingual localisation, voice-over and subtitling projects for entertainment clients worldwide.

You will manage full project cycles from brief to invoicing, coordinate internal teams and external partners, monitor budgets and timelines, and provide strategic client guidance to maximise profitability and cross-sell VSI services.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French at CEFR C2 level with strong grammar and cultural nuance.
• Experience managing localisation/translation projects in media.
• Understanding of dubbing workflows.
• Strong communication with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to last-minute changes.
• Attention to detail in project administration and reporting.
• Familiarity with OOONA or similar tools.

Responsabilités

• Manage full project cycles from brief to invoicing—planning, scheduling, budgeting, problem-solving and sign-off.
• Coordinate workflows to ensure timely completion within budget and high quality.
• Closely monitor budgets, invoicing, and change orders to achieve profitability.
• Provide operational support to Sales and Account Management at quoting stage.
• Advise clients on VSI services and pass on cross-selling opportunities.
• Prepare project reports for Account Manager/Head of Department.
• Arrange production meetings and maintain communication channels with clients.
• Identify improvement opportunities for projects, accounts and processes.
• Handle data entry and lifecycle management in internal tools.
• Perform ad hoc admin as required.
