Job summary

Doctolib is seeking a Localization Operations Manager to audit and redesign end-to-end translation and localization, spanning content creation, engineering delivery, and linguistic quality review. You will challenge our current tooling and AI/MT workflows, shape governance, integrate AI software development best practices, and deliver a durable process and toolset for multiple language markets.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience designing localization/internationalization tooling and MT/AI-assisted translation workflows.
• Proficient in AI-native workflows as they relate to software development and content management.
• Experience with multi-market, multi-language products at scale.
• Fluency in English; Italian, French or German localization experience is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management across design, engineering and content teams.

Responsibilities

• Audit end-to-end localization workflow from content definition through engineering execution to linguistic QA and implement improvements.
• Evaluate and evolve MT/AI-assisted translation tooling, glossary governance, content classification, and where human review fits in.
• Define vendor and tooling strategy for translation and linguistic quality across our language markets; update the tool stack as needed.
• Design and roll-out evolved processes in partnership with engineering, design, product, medical, and local go-to-market teams
• Hand off a durable process and toolset by the end of the engagement.
