Host Broadcast Services (HBS) is seeking a motivated Project Assistant to support the Project Manager and Project Coordinator in the Engineering department during the preparation and event-time phases of multiple projects. Based in the Boulogne-Billancourt area, the role involves coordinating travel, meetings and logistics for international events within a fast-paced, collaborative team.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Manager and Coordinator.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation, meetings and project logistics.
• Maintain project documentation and update information within the project management system.
• Liaise with technical suppliers to coordinate staffing, accreditation and operational requirements.
• Support the planning and delivery of workshops, meetings and international events.
• Assist with workforce coordination and provide operational support throughout project delivery.
