United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Labour Legal Counsel to join our Corporate Legal team in France. You will provide labour law expertise, harmonize practices across our global footprint, and act as the primary liaison for HR on employment relations, contracts, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of experience in a multinational environment, a strong French labour law background, and familiarity with cross-border matters.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in labour law, with a multinational background.
• Strong expertise in French labour law (individual and collective relations).
• Experience coordinating with teams across multiple jurisdictions.
• Knowledge of cross-border employment, secondments, and remote work.
• International mindset with ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide labour law expertise and practical advice to HR on employment relations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts and related agreements.
• Advise on collective representation matters and employee bodies.
• Collaborate with local counsels worldwide to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Monitor regulatory developments across key jurisdictions and adapt policies.
