Mars Global Services is seeking a Lab Operational Excellence Lead to harmonize global standards across five regional labs. You will drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives, standardize best practices, and coordinate CAPEX with Finance and engineering teams.

The role requires strong change management and global collaboration. You will report to the Lab Operational Excellence Manager and partner with regional directors across Americas and Europe/APAC to ensure efficient, cost-effective laboratory

Qualifications

• Senior experience in production or quality control lab or industrial operations.
• Experience managing regional or global projects in a multi-country matrix.
• Practical Lean Six Sigma background (Green or Black Belt preferred).
• Excellent communication and ability to influence across teams.
• Fluency in English and ability to work with diverse teams.

Responsabilités

• Define, document, and deploy global operational standards across 5 regional laboratories.
• Establish KPIs and an Excellence Dashboard to monitor performance against targets.
• Oversee global CAPEX for labs and coordinate 5-year investment plans.
• Lead change, align stakeholders, and foster a global Community of Practice.
