Tata Consultancy Services France Delivery seeks a Change Manager to lead the people-side of IT transformation programs and AI-led engagements, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, platforms, and ways of working across business and IT.

You will define change strategies, build an integrated plan for communications, training, readiness and reinforcement, run workshops with stakeholders, and partner with PMs, architects, HR and learning teams to realize benefits and sustain change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (master’s preferred).
• AI proficiency.
• 8–10 years in Organizational Change Management (OCM) / Change Enablement / Transformation roles within IT and business transformation programs.
• Proven track record in ERP/CRM rollouts, cloud adoption, digital workplace transformation, service management/SIIT/SIAM, data & analytics transformation, automation/RPA, or GenAI / AI product deployments.
• Hands-on experience with Prosci ADKAR or equivalent change frameworks; familiarity with Agile/SAFe ways of working. (Prosci Certification)
• Language: Fluent French and English (written and spoken) for France-based engagements.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel within France/Europe depending on client needs.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the Change Management Strategy aligned to program outcomes, delivery approach (Agile/SAFe/Waterfall), and client context.
• Build and maintain an integrated Change Plan covering communications, stakeholder engagement, training, adoption, readiness, and reinforcement.
• Conduct change impact assessments (process, roles, skills, tools, controls) and maintain a change backlog with priorities and actions.
• Identify stakeholders and personas; assess influence/impact; define engagement approach and governance.
• Run workshops, roadshows, and feedback loops with business leaders, SMEs, and end users; convert feedback into actionable improvements.
• Coach sponsors, change champions, and people managers to lead change effectively.
• Develop communication narratives and messaging tailored to different audiences (executives, middle management, frontline users, IT operations).
• Create and manage communication assets: newsletters, FAQs, toolkits, intranet content, town halls, demo sessions, and release notes.
