Job summary

SERB Pharmaceuticals in Paris is seeking a Senior Vice President, IT to shape and deliver the technology vision, align IT with business strategy, and lead a global IT function. You will ensure reliable operations, cybersecurity, data/BI capabilities, and strategic investments across geographies including the UK, US, France and Australia.

You will drive governance, cost discipline, and transformation initiatives while partnering with senior leadership on M&A due diligence and post-merger

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Significant experience with SAP S/4HANA in international environments.
• Proven ability to manage IT budgets across multi-country sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global IT organization across key geographies with delivery excellence.
• Define and execute a forward-looking IT strategy aligned to business priorities.
• Oversee IT operations, security, applications, data/BI and disaster recovery.
• Provide governance, budgeting and ROI-focused investment decisions.
• Partner with business leadership on technology trends, M&A due diligence and integration.
• Drive talent development, change management and culture across regions.
