Inventiva, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a Director, IT Business Partner for General & Administrative functions in France. You will be the strategic technology partner to HR, Legal and Procurement, shaping the IT roadmaps and ensuring scalable solutions that empower efficient operations and great employee experiences.

You will own the G&A technology portfolio, drive governance, security, and data quality, and lead IT teams and external partners to deliver tangible

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related discipline.
• 10+ years IT experience, with HR/Law/Procurement partnerships.
• Experience managing enterprise app portfolios and budgets.
• Pharma/Life sciences experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Own G&A technology roadmap and portfolio across HR, Legal, Procurement.
• Translate business priorities into multiyear technology plans.
• Lead cross-functional technology initiatives and deliver value.
• Ensure governance, security, and data quality controls.
