Job summary

SERB. is a fast-growing global specialty pharma company delivering life-saving medicines with urgency. The Senior Vice President, IT will shape and deliver the Group’s technology vision, ensuring IT enables business performance, scalability, and transformation.

The role leads a global IT organisation across geographies, manages a c.€3m IT budget, and drives strategy, security, and continuous improvement to support ambitious growth and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/IS or related field.
• Significant IT leadership experience in global pharma/regulated industries.
• Proven budget management and ROI-driven IT investments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Willingness to travel ~25% internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic IT governance and global technology roadmap.
• Shape IT vision and align with business growth and M&A needs.
• Oversee global IT operations, cybersecurity, and data/BI functions.
• Define and manage annual IT budgets and cost allocation.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive transformation and ROI.
