The Product Owner for HR Digital Group at CMA CGM leads delivery of HR IT features by collaborating with Group & Entities to understand needs and manage a prioritized backlog. You will represent customer interests and steer feature priorities, roadmaps and releases while ensuring value delivery.

You will also monitor market trends, run proofs of concept, and engage with stakeholders to improve business efficiency, with occasional level-3 support participation.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• Experience in cloud environments.
• Significant HR Digital experience, ideally related to SAP SuccessFactors.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Collect and synthesize best practices for the company or market.
• Manage proofs of concept to demonstrate the added value of new features.
• Represent stakeholder interests to improve business efficiency.
• Define user stories and acceptance criteria, create and curate the product backlog, and participate in customer testing.
• Articulate the product roadmap and coordinate releases and launches.
• Contribute to ongoing development and continuous improvement through feedback and input.
• Participate in third-level support (up to 30% of activity).
