Mistral is seeking an Internal Communications Lead to define and own the voice of the company internally. You will ensure every employee feels informed, connected, and clear on how their work drives the mission forward.

This role builds the internal communications function from the ground up in a fast-growing AI company that values transparency, alignment, and scalable processes to navigate change and sustain growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of internal communications experience in fast-growing tech environments.
• Proven ability to shape company-wide communications strategy from scratch.
• Experience advising C-suite and leading cross-functional initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the company’s first internal communications strategy, including governance and editorial cadences.
• Design and deliver high-impact company-wide communications such as All-Hands meetings and leadership Q&As.
• Create a change management playbook to guide internal comms during organizational shifts and policy updates.
• Build a culture storytelling engine tying daily work to the company’s mission and values.
