Job summary

Ayvens seeks an Information Risk Manager to oversee and strengthen information risk across the Group in an international setting. You will challenge risk decisions and advise the business on effective controls while safeguarding information assets.

You will report to the Team Lead NFR Information Risk and lead cross-functional risk initiatives, embedding risk awareness with targeted training and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Information Risk Management in regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of information risk governance, risk assessments, control frameworks and risk appetite concepts.
• Proven ability to advise and challenge senior stakeholders on complex information risk topics.
• Experience working in an international, complex organizational context.
• Strong analytical skills to identify vulnerabilities, threats and appropriate controls.
• Experience working with Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) tools (preferred).
• Professional certifications such as CISSP and/or CISM, or willingness to obtain within 1–2 years.
• Fluent in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent oversight of information risk management processes and ensure proper governance across the Group.
• Advise senior management, balancing business objectives with risk controls.
• Lead and monitor risk assessments and mitigation plans aligning with risk appetite.
• Foster an Ayvens-wide information risk community with cross-functional collaboration.
