Job summary

L’Oréal Finance & Legal is seeking a Financial Risk Manager to strengthen global resilience and protect financial performance. You will report to the Financial Risks Director within an agile Treasury & Corporate Finance team and drive the group’s hedging, analytics and systems strategy.

You will lead hedging, portfolio management, FX controls, and analytics while partnering with international subsidiaries to upskill the treasury community and push digital improvements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance, business or engineering.
• Strong knowledge of hedging instruments and financial markets.
• Fluent in French and English with an international mindset.

Responsibilities

• Hedging and portfolio management across FX, rates and commodities.
• Manage FX banking relationships and weekly market updates.
• FX controlling, analytics and monthly closings oversight.
• Develop and elevate AI-driven treasury tools and data systems.
• Collaborate with international subsidiaries and train the treasury community.
