Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of global or enterprise communications with strategy definition and execution.
• Experience in ICT-driven environments with ability to communicate about digital platforms and AI.
• Proven leadership in large-scale technology or digital transformation programs.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute audience-centered communication strategies for global ICT priorities and large-scale transformations.
• Translate complex tech topics into clear, relevant, and impactful messages.
• Build engagement by fostering trust and open dialogue with stakeholders.
• Lead global ICT campaigns and measure impact with feedback mechanisms.
• Plan and execute Global ICT events ensuring alignment with global strategy and priorities.
• Maintain ICT channels to support modern, digital-first communication approaches.
• Collaborate with Corporate Communications and Transformation teams to align AI-related initiatives with enterprise messaging.
