Tribun Health in Paris is seeking a Solution Specialist to provide technical pre-sales and solution consulting across direct and distribution channels, helping customers design architectures and deployment strategies for digital pathology and AI solutions.

You will manage RFIs/RFPs, create proposals, collaborate with Product Management and Regulatory teams, and frequently travel within EMEA (40–50%). Hybrid work model and a dynamic startup culture offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Biomedical Eng, or Healthcare IT.
• Minimum 5 years in Healthcare IT, Medical Software or Medical Device industries.
• Experience with pre-sales, solution consulting or sales engineering.
• Experience with direct and international distribution partners.
• Strong in responding to RFPs/RFIs and tenders.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical pre-sales support to Tribun Health Sales teams and Distribution Partners.
• Support opportunity qualification, customer meetings, workshops and product demonstrations.
• Assist partners in positioning Tribun Health solutions and opportunities.
• Design customer-specific solution architectures and deployment recommendations.
• Contribute to quotations and commercial proposals.
• Lead technical responses to RFIs, RFPs and public tenders.
• Coordinate proposal development with Product Management, Customer Experience, Regulatory Affairs and Sales teams.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation, proposals and customer presentations.
• Maintain and continuously improve proposal templates, technical collateral and competitive intelligence.
