L-Acoustics is seeking a Workday HRIS Specialist to enhance HR technology and improve employee experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Workday configurations and ensuring data integrity.

You will act as the functional expert for Core HCM, supporting project implementations and providing Level 2 support. Strong hands-on Workday experience and analytical skills are essential. L-Acoustics offers a hybrid work policy and comprehensive benefits for employees.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in HRIS, HR technology or Workday support/configuration roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM.
• Good project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.

Responsabilités

• Act as the functional expert for Core HCM, Reporting & Analytics.
• Gather, analyse, and manage related Workday configuration.
• Deliver system enhancements and contribute to Workday releases.
• Provide Level 2 support across your functional scope.
• Plan, launch and monitor end-to-end projects.
