Renvolt, a Voltalia Group subsidiary, seeks an HR projects specialist to lead global transformation initiatives from scoping to delivery. You will drive HR project management, job description harmonization, onboarding redesign, and employee engagement programs across multiple countries.

Fluent English is mandatory; French/Portuguese/Spanish are a plus. The role is permanent and focused on delivering practical HR improvements with strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in project management.
• Solid experience in HR projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end HR projects.
• Experience working in an international or multi-country environment is strongly preferred.
• English: Fluent (mandatory – working language)
• French or Portuguese or Spanish: Appreciated

Responsabilités

• Lead HR transformation projects from concept to implementation across the group.
• Harmonize job descriptions with HR and business stakeholders and ensure consistency.
• Oversee onboarding transformation, map current processes and map opportunities.
• Propose engagement and retention initiatives, organize engagement surveys and develop programs.
• Develop change management and communication plans; manage risks and compliance.
