Job summary

Mistral is seeking a Head of HR Business Partner to lead the HR People Partner function and shape the people strategy across the business in Paris. You will partner with senior leaders on organizational design, talent and performance topics, guiding critical people decisions with consistency and quality.

You will coach the HR People Partner team, develop scalable policies and programs, and embed Mistral AI's culture and values into leadership practice across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Significant experience leading human resources business partnering in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Experience leading and developing People Partners or HR teams.
• Experience supporting international employee populations, with strong knowledge of French employment law and HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the HR People Partner team, providing coaching, guidance, and support.
• Partner with senior leaders on organizational design, talent, performance, and employee relations topics.
• Define and evolve people strategies that support business priorities and organizational growth.
• Drive the development of scalable People policies, programs, and processes across the organization.
• Use People metrics and organizational insights to inform decisions and advise leadership.
• Ensure a consistent employee experience and approach to people practices across teams and geographies.
• Champion Mistral AI's culture by embedding its values into leadership practices and People initiatives.
