Job summary

Genesis Oil and Gas Consultants seeks a P&C Technology Generalist to deliver global and local P&C technology initiatives, partnering with the Digiteam and P&C Product Owners. You will support end-user adoption, manage changes, and align local needs with the global roadmap across multiple countries.

You will engage with stakeholders, maintain data quality, and contribute to continuous improvement while ensuring efficient HR service delivery and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for changes and improvements in local P&C technology.
• Partner with local stakeholders to ensure roadmaps align with global vision.
• Support adoption of P&C technology by end users.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to deliver optimal support for end users.
• Ensure data completeness, consistency, accuracy of P&C technology.
• Apply change management, training, and communication to maximize adoption.
• Stay updated on Hire-to-Retire best practices and emerging P&C technologies.
• Drive continuous improvement of customer satisfaction and efficiency.
