Qualifications

• Degree or Master's in HR management; familiarity with HR management aspects.
• Fluent or strong English; comfortable working in an international team.
• Knowledge of local France labour law and personnel administration.

Responsabilités

• General HR administration tasks.
• Deliver seamless employee experience by resolving tickets; monitor ticketing performance.
• Assist onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Draft employee communications (Newsletter) and maintain HR benefits SharePoint.
• Participate in HR projects and manage HR records in SharePoint.
