Jobgether in France is seeking an HR Coordinator to lead HR operations across an international organization. You will support employees and leaders through recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and offboarding while ensuring compliance and data integrity. The role involves collaboration with HR leadership and external providers.

You will contribute to HR projects and process improvements, helping deliver a positive employee experience in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional experience in HR Operations, HR Coordination, or a comparable HR role.
• Experience in international or multicultural environments with cross-jurisdiction support.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and own tasks end-to-end.
• Professional, confident communication with senior stakeholders and teams.
• Experience using HRIS or other HR information systems.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard productivity tools.
• High discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Proactive, dependable and service-oriented attitude.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes with accurate documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems across entities.
• Support payroll and benefits administration with external providers.
• Assist with visas, relocation, and other HR-related documentation.
• Maintain HR policies and compliance records across jurisdictions.
• Respond to day-to-day HR questions from employees and managers.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR communications.
• Assist with HR reporting and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Head of HR and senior leadership to deliver HR services.
