Pernod Ricard is seeking an EVP, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement and Onboarding Intern for six months in Paris. You will join the Global Talent Development Team and help attract, onboard and engage talents while supporting an inclusive culture across global affiliates.

You will contribute to HR insights, dashboards, and the rollout of EVP and employer branding initiatives, partnering with communications to promote our career opportunities. Fluency in English and French is expected.

Qualifications

• First experience in HR or communications preferred.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work autonomously.
• Organized team player with strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Animate and engage international HR and Talent Acquisition communities.
• Collect, consolidate and analyze Talent Acquisition, employee engagement and onboarding data to monitor KPIs.
• Develop Employer Brand content and support EVP communications across channels.
