Pernod Ricard is seeking a GLOBAL TALENT & PARTNERSHIPS INTERN for a 6-month program starting January 2027, based at the Island office in central Paris. You will support the team working across PR’s global brands and assist in talent collaboration, benchmarking, and strategic planning.

We value an appetite for culture, fluency in English with French skills, and experience in partnerships within music or cultural sectors.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a master’s degree in culture (fashion, sport…).
• Appetite for culture subjects.
• Previous professional experience in partnerships, talent collaboration preferably within the music or cultural industry.
• Fluent in English and have skills in French.
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Flexible, agile and enjoy managing multiple projects.

Want to join the world's No. 2 in wines & spirits and work among convivial teams ? Pernod Ricard is looking for a GLOBAL TALENT & PARTNERSHIPS INTERN for 6 months from January 2027. You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8).

You will assist the team working across PR’s global brands.

Your key missions :

• Talent Collaboration: Support on strategic recommendation of artist, celebrity, brand, sports while answering a precise brand brief.
• Bring some rational and do benchmark across competitor.
• You will ease the day-to-day coordination with internal stakeholders (Brand & Market) and partners.
• Follow-up on the different project
• Support on strategic planning.
• Contribute in the Talent & Partnership Methodology: develop brand guidelines
• Support on strategic planning
• Share on-going trends and relevant profiles - You will monitor & report opportunities
• Support partnerships implementation & execution
• You will contribute drafting agency briefs, internal presentations, and benchmarks.
• You will support the strategic recommendations for global partnerships (Events, Brands, Media Partnerships...).
• You will monitor and consolidate industry trends, benchmarks and opportunities
