Pernod Ricard is seeking a GLOBAL TALENT & PARTNERSHIPS INTERN for a 6-month program starting January 2027, based at the Island office in central Paris. You will support the team working across PR’s global brands and assist in talent collaboration, benchmarking, and strategic planning.

We value an appetite for culture, fluency in English with French skills, and experience in partnerships within music or cultural sectors.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a master’s degree in culture (fashion, sport…).
• Appetite for culture subjects.
• Previous professional experience in partnerships, talent collaboration preferably within the music or cultural industry.
• Fluent in English and have skills in French.
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Flexible, agile and enjoy managing multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Talent Collaboration: Support on strategic recommendation of artist, celebrity, brand, sports while answering a precise brand brief.
• Benchmarks across competitor and market.
• Coordinate day-to-day with internal stakeholders (Brand & Market) and partners.
• Follow-up on different projects and strategic planning.
• Contribute to Talent & Partnership Methodology and brand guidelines.
