Pernod Ricard is offering a 6-month EVP, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement and Onboarding Intern role based in Paris (Is la nd Office by Saint-Lazare). You will join the Global Talent Development team to attract, onboard and engage talent while fostering an inclusive culture.

The internship focuses on HR data analytics, dashboards, and supporting employer branding efforts. Fluency in English and French is required; the role involves multiple projects and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• First experience in HR or communication, and exposure to EVP, recruitment, engagement or onboarding.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to create content and animate communities.
• Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work autonomously.

Responsabilités

• Animate and engage international HR and Talent Acquisition communities; share best practices and understand local needs.
• Support deployment of global TA guidelines and playbooks; facilitate recruiters’ day-to-day activities.
• Support global employee pulse surveys and coordinate with local affiliates; train teams on tools and initiatives.
• Contribute to onboarding design and deployment for new joiners worldwide.
