Curium is seeking an International HR Generalist Intern to join our team in Paris or Prague, starting January 2027 for six months. You will work with VP HR International and other leaders to gain broad exposure to onboarding, recognition programs, international communication initiatives, training rollouts, and recruitment campaigns.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
• At least one significant professional experience in HR or another field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.

Responsabilités

• Assist HR projects with data, reporting, and presentations for international meetings.
• Support international HR strategy alignment and cross-country collaboration.
• Lead recruitment campaigns for interns and junior profiles, and coordinate onboarding sessions.
• Support talent review processes with local HR Directors.
