Danone, Paris headquarters, is offering a 6‑month HR Digitalisation internship starting January 2027. You will support global HR digital projects, collaborating with HR and IT to deliver better employee experiences.

The role involves PMO support, data insights from surveys, and creating diverse communications assets. Remote work up to 4 days/week and a monthly gross stipend of 1,300–1,500 EUR are offered, with site benefits including a restaurant and parking.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• 4–5 years of university/business/engineering study.
• Comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint; eager to learn new tools.
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Collaborates effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• PMO support for a defined project scope.
• Design and launch user satisfaction surveys and drive insights.
• Create communication assets (videos, posts, emails, PowerPoint).
• Maintain adoption and engagement channels (SharePoint, Workplace).
• Participate in project meetings and workshops.
