Danone, Paris headquarters, is offering a 6‑month HR Digitalisation internship starting January 2027. You will support global HR digital projects, collaborating with HR and IT to deliver better employee experiences.

The role involves PMO support, data insights from surveys, and creating diverse communications assets. Remote work up to 4 days/week and a monthly gross stipend of 1,300–1,500 EUR are offered, with site benefits including a restaurant and parking.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• 4–5 years of university/business/engineering study.

YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

Within the HR Digitalisation team, this internship will take place in Paris, at our Headquarters starting from January 2027.

HR Digitalization is a key pillar of the HR strategy at Danone. The Global HR Digitalization team is responsible for all Global HR Digitalization initiatives at the company. In this team, we partner with HR functions and the IT department to deliver excellent HR products, technology, data, driving best-in-class employee experience. With a dual focus of improving our core systems while driving innovation with new technology, this highly ambitious team is the place to discover how global digital projects are managed, within an international, highly diverse, and fast-paced environment.

Samuel, HR Digitalisation Manager, will support you to thrive in your missions:

• PMO Support for a defined project scope

• Design and launch user satisfaction surveys and drive insights from the analysis of the data collected.

• Creation of communication assets in diverse channels (videos, posts, e-mails, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Maintain our adoption & engagement channels up to date with relevant content (SharePoint, Workplace, etc.)

• Participate & initiate project meetings & workshops as required.

About You

Ready to become a real Danoner? We are looking for someone:

• Available from January 2027 for a duration of 6 months

• You have a 4 to 5 years study level from university, business school or engineering school

• Do you speak English? We need someone who is fluent, both written and spoken

• Comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint, and eager to learn new digital tools and technologies
• Passionate about both HR and technology and proficient with digital tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office Suite)
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders and collaborating across different teams
