Danone France is offering an Internship – HR Digitalization Intern starting January 2027 in Paris, onsite. You join the Global HR Digitalization team to support projects, data and employee experiences, collaborating with HR and IT.

The ideal candidate is pursuing a 4-5 year degree, fluent in English, proficient with Excel and PowerPoint, and eager to learn new digital tools. This role offers up to 4 days of remote work and a monthly stipend between €1,300 and €1,500 gross.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing 4–5 years of study at university, business school or engineering school.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint; eager to learn new digital tools.

Responsabilités

• PMO support for a defined project scope.
• Design and launch user satisfaction surveys; drive insights from data.
• Create communication assets in diverse channels (videos, posts, emails, PowerPoint).
• Maintain adoption and engagement channels (SharePoint, Workplace).
• Participate in project meetings and workshops as required.
