At LVMH, the HR Controlling Manager leads budgeting, controlling, and reporting across the Fashion Group under the guidance of the C&B Director. The role drives robust budgeting and reporting across Maisons, fostering collaboration among HR teams and aligning tightly with Finance.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of HR controlling experience in an international environment, fluent in English and French, with strong Excel and analytical skills to deliver reliable insights and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of HR controlling experience in an international environment.
• Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
• Strong expertise in workforce cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and data management/reporting capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, synthesis, and modelling skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead HR budgeting and reporting across the Fashion Group.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reports on workforce metrics.
• Perform monthly variance analyses and communicate risks.
• Enhance monitoring tools for efficiency and consistency.
• Deliver ad hoc analyses with clear conclusions.
• Promote automation and sharing of best practices across HR and Finance.
• Implement budgeting/reporting tool for Regional Hubs.
• Identify opportunities to streamline dashboards and planning.
• Maintain documentation and templates.
• Ensure data quality and traceability of workforce data.
