Qualifications

• 8-10 years in industrial controlling, manufacturing environment
• Finance business partner with credibility to challenge stakeholders
• Track record in performance improvement and transformation projects

Responsabilités

• Act as a strategic finance partner to the entities within the scope
• Strengthen analytical structures and controlling frameworks to improve visibility and decision-making
• Review, challenge, and harmonize costing methodologies and stock valuation across the perimeter
• Standardize industrial variances, monitor action plans, and ensure corrective measures are implemented
• Coordinate and consolidate industrial performance reporting focused on revenue, costs, margins, and KPIs
• Participate in monthly and annual closing operations with reliable reporting
• Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives and business growth
• Monitor performance against budget, forecast, and targets; flag risks and opportunities
