Job summary

Ipsen Biopharm Ltd is seeking a Director Global HEOR to lead strategic value evidence generation across Oncology, Rare Disease and Neuroscience, partnering with Global Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Development.

The initial assignment will focus on Rare Disease with opportunities across Ipsen’s portfolio, delivering HTA submissions, payer communications and cross‑functional evidence plans to support market access.

Qualifications

• A post graduate degree in health economics or related quantitative discipline.
• At least 8 years’ relevant experience in the field of HEOR in pharma industry, consultancy, or Academia, in an international setting.
• Experience working on international HTA submissions.
• Strong scientific analysis, interpretative and writing skills.
• Knowledge of international health care systems.
• Expertise on HEOR from Oncology, Rare Disease and/or Neuroscience including evidence synthesis, cost-effectiveness and budget impact modeling, RWE methodologies for outcomes research and PROs.
• Knowledge of trial design and understanding of key clinical, PRO and resource utilization endpoints.

Responsibilities

• Lead HEOR deliverables including literature reviews, burden of illness, and evidence synthesis.
• Develop Cost-Effectiveness and Budget Impact models for payers.
• Create Global Value Dossiers and payer value propositions.
• Plan and execute EU HTA regulatory activities for product assignments.
• Support payer communications with abstracts, posters, and manuscripts.
• Coordinate Integrated Evidence Generation Plans across cross-functional teams.
• Lead RWE and PRO strategy to support value proposition.
