Job summary

Ipsen Pharma (SAS) is seeking a Head of Evidence Generation - International to lead the development and execution of the evidence generation strategy for IPSEN’s international markets (ex-US/Canada) across Oncology, Rare Diseases, and Neuroscience. The role focuses on high-quality clinical and real-world evidence to inform decisions, access, and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in medical affairs, clinical research, RWE or HEOR within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record in leading regional or global evidence generation strategies.
• Experience with RWE, observational studies, and regulatory-grade data generation.
• Demonstrated strong leadership and design of Phase IV, pharmaco-epidemiology studies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the International Evidence Generation Plan (IEGP) aligned with global medical strategies and local needs.
• Oversee planning, execution, and reporting of evidence generation projects across the region.
• Ensure scientific, ethical, and regulatory standards are met in all studies.
• Support country teams in project design and EGRB submission readiness.
• Collaborate with country medical directors, asset leads, market access, and HEOR to align with business objectives.
• Build RWE capabilities at local/regional level including operating models and trainings.
