Servier is seeking a Compliance Manager & BPO (Global) to lead group compliance processes and oversee Transparency for HCP/HCO interactions. You will champion global compliance matters, coordinate with HQ and international teams, and manage two team members within a dynamic global framework.

The role emphasizes governance of regulatory frameworks (EFPIA, LEA, Sunshine Act), IT solutions like Veeva Event Management/Engage, and change management to drive standardized practices worldwide.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Law or Compliance required.
• 7–10 years of Compliance experience in the pharmaceutical industry, international/matrix environment.
• Experience at both local (affiliate) and global levels preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance of interactions with regulations (EFPIA, LEA, Sunshine Act, etc.) and supervise transparency processes globally.
• Define, harmonize, and optimize BPM-related processes for HCP/HCO relations and transparency.
• Collaborate with Headquarters and International teams to deploy standards and digital solutions; coordinate BPM community.
