Job summary

LEO Pharma France is seeking a Legal and Compliance Manager for Paris to partner with the French affiliate on governance, risk, and compliance programs, ensuring compliant business decisions.

The role blends legal advisory with strategic, cross-functional collaboration across International Operations and Critical Care, with emphasis on anti-bribery, privacy, and competition law. You will advise leadership on complex matters and support investigations in a fast-paced pharmaceutical setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, ideally with a Master’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience from a private law firm and/or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong legal skills combined with solid commercial understanding and knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with proven ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and French.
• Compliance certifications and experience are assets.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, providing strategic and legal advice in negotiations.
• Monitor relevant local compliance regulations and requirements, assess potential business impact and co-drive solutions where risks or opportunities arise.
• Advise on anti-bribery and anti-corruption matters, including implementation of our third-party compliance management processes.
• Provide advice on privacy-related topics and competition law matters.
• Support dispute and litigation handling and resolution, including strategic input on potential outcomes.
