Job summary

Alexion seeks a Responsible LEA/Transparency France and BeLux to implement and maintain compliance programs, support risk management, and assist in audits and investigations across France and BeLux. You will manage documentation, education programs, and metrics while upholding high ethical standards.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, independence, and project management experience within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of compliance function, health care regulations, laws and standards.
• Experience in pharmaceuticals or related industry.
• Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Project management experience and skills.
• Experience with AZ administrative tools.
• High ethical standards and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain elements of a compliance program.
• Conduct monitoring activities and support auditing, investigations, assurance reporting etc.
• Support implementation of compliance objectives aligned with Global Compliance strategy.
• Support operational implementation of AZ risk framework and risk register.
• Provide project management support for education programs and standards publication.
• Manage collation and analysis of business information and documentation.
• Support progress tracking with scorecards and metrics.
