Douge International seeks a Director of Recruitment and Operations to lead the global recruitment division, DI Executive, and drive top-line growth. The role reports to the President and shapes strategy, client relationships, and international expansion across markets.

You will manage teams, ensure high-quality delivery, and optimize profitability while representing the company with clients and senior stakeholders worldwide.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from a leading university or business school.
• Fluent English is required.
• French is a nice-to-have, but not mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the daily operations and end-to-end execution of recruitment mandates globally.
• Own the P&L, operational performance, and profitability of the recruitment division.
• Lead and develop the recruitment team, ensuring clear direction, accountability, and performance.
• Establish and improve processes, structure, and operational discipline.
• Ensure consistent quality and service across recruitment mandates and markets.
• Manage key client relationships and act as a senior point of contact for important stakeholders.
• Represent Douge International externally with clients, candidates, partners, and senior executives.
• Support business development and contribute to growing the division's client portfolio.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen existing relationships and develop new business.
• Support the continued international expansion of DI Executive.
