Job summary

AXA Group Operations is seeking a Group Head of Data & AI Strategy and Partnerships to translate enterprise strategy into a concrete, multi-year roadmap and to lead a small team responsible for orchestrating external partnerships with hyperscalers and AI providers.

The role requires deep experience shaping data and AI agendas at scale across a federated, international group, with fluency in English and strong executive communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a quantitative, technology, business, or related discipline.
• 5–10 years of progressive experience spanning strategy, data, technology, and/or AI, with at least 5 years in senior leadership influencing C-level audiences.
• Proven track record of shaping and executing enterprise-wide Data & AI or digital strategies in a large, international organisation.
• Substantive experience in managing strategic partnerships at executive level, including with hyperscalers and/or major AI and data platform providers.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape and evolve the Group-wide Data & AI strategy in alignment with corporate strategy and operating entities.
• Translate strategy into a multi-year roadmap with clear ambitions and measurable outcomes.
• Own and steward the Group-level strategic partnership portfolio with BigTech, AI leaders, and industry consortia.
