Job summary

Sartorius is seeking a Head of Commercial Services to lead the global service strategy and drive revenue growth across the Service Sales and Service Product Management teams. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on monetization across the customer journey.

You will steer international programs, align regional execution, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver service excellence. This is a remote, Europe-based leadership position with substantial international travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
Experience in technical service or commercial environments such as Marketing and Sales.
International experience driving service commercial initiatives in regulated environments.
Strong understanding of instrumentation, service processes and compliance expectations.
Knowledge of customer journeys and value-based selling concepts.

Responsibilities

Define and implement the global service commercial strategy with clear value propositions and use cases.
Integrate service portfolio, sales execution and channel strategies.
Align execution with global strategy across regions.
Define and manage global partner and channel strategy for services.
Steer service commercial performance with targets and KPIs across regions and channels.
Define and enforce service selling approaches across sales channels.
